Good pre-postnatal classes. Instructor is very attentive and caring. She always askes everyone if they have any unusual pain and modifies exercise to your their needs. Place maintains good hygiene as well. Highly recommend.

Beware!! You will LOVE and hate this class but you will definitely come out dancing!!! The instructors are all sublime - Ange K, Sammy D, Julia & Natalie L, Alicia M. You will become stronger and happier.Highly recommend signing up and define yourself!
