Very clean, beds don’t feel like 100 of people have slept in it, checked pillows etc. for stains and found NOTHING. The towels smell professionally cleaned and the couple is super friendly. Breakfast tasted like 5 ⭐️. Definitely, in that region, I only stay there again!

Considering this motel is in a small country town the rooms were surprisingly much better than what one might have expected for the price. Our room was fairly modern, had all the usual amenities and I have to mention the shower which was really good. The lady (Colleen) who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. There is a restaurant on site but it is not open for breakfast - you will need to drive into Rylestone and go to a Cafe for brekkie, unless you byo.

A one night stay and couldn't have been happier. The gentleman who served us was welcoming and super helpful, and upon entering the room I was thrilled to see a lovely space that was spotlessly clean.The bathroom looked modern and immaculate.The bed was comfortable and the whole space felt so clean.If you need to stop in Kandos, you can't beat this motel!

Can’t say enough nice things about our stay here. We stayed for 5 weeks for work and the owners just can’t do enough to help. They did our washing, loaned up there golf cart, let us use there kitchen and BBQ…. Rooms are great…. The golf course is brilliant, it’s an old country track but great fun.
