There is a child's story about the little red engine.... It NEVER gave up against insurmountable odds... The Torque Team are the little red engine in reality. When presented with a problem they seek to resolve them. Their customer service really puts to shame other big entities. They know their customers and look out to accommodate their needs.

Brought in my landcruiser which I’d just purchased. Had a few issues that I couldn’t fix/figure out myself. Actually found these guys online and read through a lot of positive reviews and decided to give them a try.. I can’t believe how great my car sounds and feels compared to when I brought it in! Best mechanics! Went through the whole car to find all issues and backed it up by actually fixing them. Can’t thank them enough for the great service, professional and friendly attitude.

These guys are the real deal. I tend to shy away from mechanics, owning an old 4wd that gets used, I do most of my own maintenance as it’s important to know how to diagnose and fix hiccups while you’re out. Between myself and my buddies, some of whom are LV and HD tech’s themselves. We have a sound understanding of most dramas. I took the little old hilux into Paul for suspected injector malfunctions and some issues with the rear drum breaks that I didn’t have time to fix myself at the time. Paul and the team were extremely thorough in their investigation, professional in their communication and provided an honest, sound and clear assessment of what was wrong, how it would be fixed and what the price would be. Not only that, but upon receiving the vehicle Paul showed me the failed parts that had been replaced (an age old tell tale sign of a mechanic that cares about their work). The team had assembled a list of other issues requiring attention as well as other specialist shops that would be able to assist. It’s clear that these guys genuinely care about what they do and take pride in their work. I will be using them again should it be required. Took the car to Fraser for a week 3 days later and it ran like an absolute dream with a noticeable gain in power and efficiency post injector rebuild. We used The Torque Team for the first time today (found them based on their good Google reviews and proximity to us). We're very happy with their service. They found the cause for a nagging noise from the front of our Hyuandai i30 and then fixed it by replacing the front strut mounts. An earlier mechanic that we had tried hadn't been able to diagnose the issue correctly so we wasted quite some $$ there with the other garage (admittedly, sometimes the cause for a noise can be hard to diagnose so I am not faulting them). - Everything went smoothly, I would use these guys again when the need arises next!

Thank you to the Torque team for your professional, thorough and diligent approach during my recent car servicing.They were able to clearly outline all urgently needed repairs and also highlight any non urgent repairs too. During my phone conversation, they explained why the urgent repairs were needed and the associated costs.I was then about to choose the repairs that I wanted and now the car feels a lot more better then when I had taken it in.Thank you so much again and I couldn't recommend them enough!

These guys know their stuff, seriously. I have a Holden Ute which spun a bearing and the Torque Team rebuilt the engine completely. I was so concerned about going through with the project because it was not a cheap repair. However, Paul kept me informed all the way through the process. When we got the car back, it ran better than new and continues to go well. I now get other cars in our fleet serviced here without issue. I highly recommend this Company.
