The Pines Vet
The best vet I've ever been to. Dr Lauren and Dr Ingrid are compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Provided exceptional care for my problem-prone cat, Shadow. Reception and admin staff are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend The Pines Vet.

Really lovely and helpful staff. Had an emergency in Nov/Dec. My Staffy pup was attacked and his ear got ripped open. With 10 mins to close they wrapped him up and gave him pain meds while loving on him to help us on our way to emergency for ear removal. Bentley is doing well with his half ear and we appreciate everything you did for us ❤️

The staff here were so empathetic and patient when I had to say goodbye to my old mate earlier this year and have been wonderful with my new furbaby. They still call two weeks after her operation to see if everything is ok. Not only did they do a great job, It's nice to have a practice that follows up and cares.Really nice staff with a great culture. Keep up the good work!

The service here used to be great, but it’s declined over the years. When I first started taking my dogs it was great, but now having to book a week in advance is a bit disappointing in a time I need to provide my pet with care. Everything starts off great when you have a new pet and they want that immediate business. Every interaction I’ve had of late as felt very transactional and less meaningful care. You guys really need to hire more staff if you can’t keep up the demand - and your reception staff need to learn to be a bit more empathetic.

The Pines Vet
Absolutely great vet from our very first visit they were so friendly and made sure our fur baby was well taken care of. My usual vet was Animal Welfare League dont get me wrong they are fantasticas well, but we decided our fur baby needed to be looked after by just 1 vet doctor, and she is amazing explaining everything to us as our baby is very sick. Very caring staff.

Allocated a 45 min time slot to vaccinate for kennel cough . I ran 8 minutes late as one of my dogs vomited was told my appointment was cancelled as the next appointment had arrived early. Called Family Vet Pacific Pines they scheduled me for an appointment within the hour and all of my dogs were vaccinated within 10 minutes.

Very good, explains everything and is upfront with costs so your not blindsided, they compound medicines to get it right first time. I came to the pines vet after a bad experience with another vet. I was so surprised by the caring and professionalism of the whole staff at the pines. Very happy I found them, they are so good.

The worst vet clinic I have ever been to we questioned their prices very politely as we thought they were a little Higher than expected. They then rang us later to inform us not to come back because we questioned their prices . Good riddance to bad rubbish my wife and I say. Beware everyone don't ask how much

This vet is only after money and nothing else.I was informed I wouldn't get charged a consultation fee as it was an ongoing situation for my dog, but they still charged it. I explained Vetlove cytopoint injection is $30 cheaper, if I had to pay the consultation fee I would of gone with them. They said they will inform their staff for future references. But I still have to pay at least revisit fee 30$ cheaper then the 90$. Vetlove charge $70.This isn't a family community vet. I will never be going back and from now on using Vetlove/Green CrossAlso to a few months ago my dog was extremely ill and had blood in her poo. I called Monday morning explaining this and how she won't eat and slept all day. They said they couldn't fit her in till Thursday. I called Green Cross who said bring her in straight away. Luckily I I did because she could have died. I really shouldn't of gone back but given a second, they definitely won't be getting a third.
