IRC Is a great place to workout while in Noosa. Super clean, great equipment and physio, massage and ice baths available for rehab if cycling loads around the Noosa hills.$20 a casual visit or $30 for the week for gym use! Ice baths are more but well worth it. Can’t wait to come back!

I booked my team in for a recovery session and was highly impressed with the facilities available and the staff that assisted us on the day. Myself and staff all commented on how rejuvenated they felt after the sessions (even though the ice bath was a killer!) and can't wait to return. Thank you IRC team for having us. We will be back soon!
