Brianna destroyed my hair!I went to have my thick waist length hair coloured (a colour closer to the colour of my roots).Brianna assured me that she could definitely do that.Brianna bleached my hair. She burnt my scalp and fried/melted all the hair on the back of my head.She continued to treat, bleach and colour my hair for 3 hours after ruining my hair without telling me it had been damaged. At closing time, after rinsing the toner off (which was supposed to make my hair strawberry blond) she sat me in front of the mirror, my hair was a really uneven dark copper colour. She announced with no compassion whatsoever... about your hair

The customer service was poor, the owner did let the worker continue applying my balayage, the worker was talking with the Westfield plaza security non-stop. I had to intervene and asked her to stop talking and to focus on her job; from that moment till the end of the process I felt so uncomfortable, feeling terrible as if I sad something totally wrong. There was no attempt for apology. I thought the owner's responsibility to remind her employers doing their job properly.i didn't feel happy when I left. Also the result I expected was totally different from the picture I showed. I will never use this saloon again.

I had a great first time experience here with Briana. She understood exactly what I wanted and it turned out perfect. She is a very talented hairdresser and was down to earth and friendly. I highly recommend her.

Absolutely terrible. I went in with pre lightened hair which was soft and healthy. I showed her a reference photo of someone with gentle highlights with a brown base, the blonde was blended and it looked shiny. She said sure. She did say there will be a slight warm tone as there was colour build up but I did not mind. But what i got wasn't just a red tone, she bleached all of my hair when I asked for highlights and a base colour, and the bleached parts are so over-bleached they turn to jelly and fall out when wet. The blonde highlights" are so blocky and unblended. My hair feels like straw. Save your money and use a box dye honestly."

It was the worst experience of my life. Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes before starting my hair. Asked for a full head of foils and got half. When putting the toner in my hair it was burning my scalp to the point where I was tearing up. Couldn’t leave the toner in as it was burning me and now my hair is orange. Then got a cut and it was uneven. The person doing my hair was eating on the job and taking personal phone calls. I’ve never felt so embarrassed and intimidated.

I wanted my hair washed cut & straightened plus my fringe done.Not only did I wait for over half an hour after getting my hair washed and dried for the hairdresser who didn’t ask what I wanted just how much off, did own flare on my ends, and then I stood up to get my hair cut for half an hour (I worked from 7-3 My feet were already killing me!) I’m very particular about my fringe and I don’t like it and I’m sure it’ll be flat in a day or so and still be long! I then got charged $100When I got home with the shampoo & conditioner I bought, the shampoo was opened already $30 each!Never going back!

My sister-in-law, my mother-in-law and myself went to this salon and I have to say it’s the worst salon I have ever gone to in my life. I have worked in many salons as I’m a beautician and I do nails, waxing/ tinting ect, this salon was filthy, they applied foils so thick that left zebras stripes, & extremely yellow in colour, Haircuts were uneven, my sister-in-law rang/messaged their head office and spoke to the owner they sent us to hair Lux as this is a sister Salon and they were going to fix it. When we arrived at Lux the 2IC was extremely rude but changed when she saw how bad the damage was but the haircuts she did were not much better. They over toned my sister‘s hair with ash blonde to the point that it looked grey/green. They tidied mums trim up without sectioning her hair but butchered my haircut. It was so bad I had to make an appointment with my old hairdresser in Newcastle and driving 2 1/2 hours to get it fixed she was horrified at the damage and haircut she thought a junior had done it. It’s gonna take another two more haircuts for my hair to go back to what it was prior to this. I would definitely avoid this salon and not waste your money. They are looking for hairdressers and the 2IC had the hide to say to the junior, when a lady handed in her application and resume, throw that application in the bin that girl can’t cut we were shocked when we heard that. Obviously they don’t know how to cut themselves. I will never stepped foot in that salon again extremely disappointed with service and there work. I will be reporting their salon to the health department for hygiene reasons in today’s day and age with Covid hygiene is very important. I never saw once in the timeframe we were there anyone wiping down surfaces cleaning or equipment and the hairbrushes were filled with our peoples hair they look like they hadn’t been cleaned in a month. We were there from 10 am and we didn’t leave until 2.56pm. So to say we saw a lot of poor service is an understatement. We even gave them the opportunity to repair they’re work which they didn’t do very well at all. I cannot believe I’ve had three haircuts in seven days totally unacceptable and extremely disappointed absolutely a waste of my time.

Went for a hair cut and was greeted by Jaboob and Samara. Absolutely amazing service feeling welcomed from the minute I entered the shop enquiring about an appt. They were super polite and made me feel like I had been going to them for years! The quality of the haircut was unreal and I'm stoked with the outcome! All the customers were laughing with the energy these 2 bring to the shop. Could not recommend them enough to anyone who needs to go see a stylist. They are definitely the dynamic duo for the job!
