it is truly something else to find a local store with the know how, the courtesy and an old school etiquette of service and backup. I have been to the other large local store in the area and was completely ignored for over a quarter of an hour, which resulted in me looking elsewhere and walking in to meeting Dom and Steve.... Sensational really. I can't recommend them enough. A+

very pleasant experience here, was greeted the minute i walked in the door and was asked if i required any assistance by sales staff to which i answered yes. the guy was polite, very helpful and seemed very confident with his product knowledge about compressors and spray guns etc, and although he wasnt able to supply me with the gun i needed he did point me in the right direction where i was able to get more specialised expert information and purchase the right one. i did buy the compressor and hose etc here though which ive used several times already and i am extremely happy with my purchase. thanks for all your help steve!

When I took my Ryobi battery hedge cutter in as the connection was faulty the team leader was very helpful. Paid non refundable $50. However, had to chase up after several weeks and the outcome they could not fix as they suspected wiring problem in inside tube. Obviously did not check as I have managed to fix myself by straightening a couple of the connections.

Recently purchased over $2000 worth of tools here right before tax time. The staff were friendly and helpful, taking the time to help me with my choices and advise me of my options. They even rolled a 70m hose out in and around the store to get it on a reel for me. They also keep a copy of purchases on file so if you lose your reciept you can still return items under warranty.

Took tool down for a quote. Waited then had to ring to find out. Milwaukee tool I found out has 5 year warranty, they didn't inform me that. Tool only 2 years old. Asked for price to repair. $283 for repair. Thought I'd buy a new skin instead. Took tool home to then take to Total tools for warranty repair. When I picked up tool it was in pieces. Put tool back together, realised then that positive wire had come off, soldered back on to check. Tool works fine. Won't be back again. Especially seeing that they are a Milwaukee warranty repairer. Thanks for nothing. And will tell others not to go.

Great, knowledgeable and really friendly place, its range is really good most trade tools are available if n item isn't then they will try to get it for you.Repairs and maintenance of your tools is well organised and very quick, this process will get you back on the tools as soon as possible.

Won't go back ever againDropped of a radio to be fixed paid the $25 and was told if we can't fix it, that $25 can go to a new tool or store credit. Picked up the radio 3 weeks later not fixed and then was told no I don't get store credit. This place is happy to take your hard earned money and not fix thingsAfter this reviewDom the boss called me directly and said that he would honour the $25 store credit. Great news

Had the handle of my Makita compound saw break off just before Christmas normal place where I get closed to the 9th January went to total tools same thing their repair guys off to same time but they suggested try United tools but the same repair guys off to 9th as well but salesmen Dom suggested I buy the part off them & fix the tool myself seeing it might be a repair I could do myself which I did thanks United tools highly recommend them
