As soon as you walk in to the Clubhouse the visual photographs beautifully framed of scenes from Melbourne set the scene for our modern, contemporary Clubhouse. One of THE most arrogant, ignorant, unpleasant, people I've had the misfortune of having to deal with in many, many years - and I've met a few!He turned up unannounced & without an appointment. Drove too fast into the loading bay where there were numerous people working at the time.Unloaded & carried his delivery out of the loading bay & around to the front entryance of the building & was going to attempt to bring a large canvas in through a revolving door, but was stopped & politely asked to bring the delivery in through the loading bay. He decided that he needed to argue that there were no signs advising him how to enter the building - funny because he had just parked a metre from the door, but somehow managed not to see it.He also wanted to ignore repeated requests to relocate his vehicle. It seems as though a heated exchange & the threat to lock him out of the building was the only way he would actually comply with the request.As the mature adult he obviously is, he then also had to have the last word, & called me names across the lobby as he walked out the front door (how's that workin' out for ya now, sunshine?).I highly recommend using an alternative framing company & avoiding this person entirely (only reason he gets one star is because there's no way of giving negative star ratings).Have a great day.

It took 4 visits to have properly done old painting, at costs.

Best framer in Melbourne. Superb service, great range and above all a very high level of expertise. Could not recommend highly enough - especially for high end valuable artworks which require specialist conservation grade handling and materials.

I've gone to Creative Framing to have some expensive vintage posters framed and some expensive art restored. On every occasion I've been more than pleased with the outcome. Mark is great to deal with and has a gift for helping you achieve the look you're after :)
