I called up with a query on getting replacement parts for a broken light fixture and despite my limited understand of the product, David was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. I went in to collect the product and David and another gentleman with no hair and a great moustache were super helpful and sorted me out super quick.

Very happy with the service I've received here, and the products and prices are great too. The staff are friendly and they don't mind whether your priorities are design or functionality; they know their products and how to solve a problem, and they don't mind waiting for an indecisive customer to wander back and forward around the store. This will definitely be where I go for my lighting needs going forward.

I always find the service in here to be excellent and I find that the staff are really happy to try and help and come up with a solution. I also get the impression that the quality of the merchandise is excellent and they stand behind the quality. There are many modern pieces in this showroom and they are well priced.

Great store, great staff...a big shop so the stock is nicely spread out. Also, look for the Clearance section if you want big markdowns. We just finished an extension/reno and bought a ton of stuff there. A step up in quality from the cheapest suppliers, but still quite affordable.

A pleasure to do business with. My initial insurance claim item was unsuitable following installation. Not a problem, the more suitable item was ordered and installed under the original quote. Such friendly and helpful staff. As soon as the new item arrived in store they contacted the electrician who then called me to arrange fitment. Thank you.
