terrible customer service, after spending one hundred and ten dollar to repair my pedals and the gears,they broke after a week and they made me pay for new parts, even though it wasn't my fault

Clean store well stocked for a country town motorbike store. Having researched most bikes on a constant basis myself I found that there product knowledge was very basic. It's like there was no confidence in what they where saying and selling. That being said it shows yet again that as a consumer do your research. I even got the I think it costs around this much I'd need to find out. Ample parking and 2hour time limits and yes they do come along and check so keep your eye on the time.

Love going in there they bend over backwards for me so helpful and they get me parts for my Yamaha I can’t speak more highly of them Nigel is awesome his knowledge and experience is really helpful the team really try there absolute best to provide 10 out of 10 service

After trying to found out what's wrong with my E-scooter wheel the place wasn't interested in one bit ....the guy there was rude.... then i made themistake of giving them a second chance trying to buy a bmx bike ... only has 5 BMX bikes and they are OVER priced trash... not really a friendly place.......

Left first bike shop and came here, electric bikes for 4 grand, when l asked the young bloke to tell me about them, he says l don't really know anything about them, so l wait around for a good 10 minutes and see if the other staff might want a sale- but no go, so l left and will buy in Swan Hill....unbelievable..

Good customer service and parts. Unsure on the bicycle side but the motorbikes are good. Show room is packed with bikes but limited lines of Motocross gear/gloves helmets ect
