Paul was amazing. He was super helpful in advising which models were the right ones for our new property. Thoroughly recommend him if you’re looking for someone who knows his stuff and can put you onto the right tools for the job. He packaged up all of the tools with the appropriate safety equipment, so we feel comfortable we’re properly set up. And we know we’ve got a top quality product as well.

I happened to go to this shop for 3 times. Paul and his team were really friendly and were always able to help me finding the right tool or fixing any issue I might have had. Every time I went, the STIHL staff displayed great competence, while maintaining a very friendly predisposition to make sure their client was satisfied.

Paul and his team at the Paynham Stihl Shop were amazing!!! I had a problem with one of my generators, and needed it fixed before the weekend. I took it into the workshop after a brief conversation over the phone. It was super urgent, and they did a fantastic job, both servicing the generators and fixing the one that had the original issue. The work was completed by the next day, professional and at fair price. I can definitely recommend their service....thanks guys!

Unreasonably slow service. I was told a maximum price and then was charged $30 more at pick up more than 5 weeks after initial drop off with no communication. Extraordinarily rude and aggressive service. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Paul set me up with an amazing chainsaw that exceeded all expectations. It's great to have a tool that can handle everything you throw at it. Without that great advice my choices wouldn't have been adequate. Paul also steered me towards the best accesories and spare parts to have on hand to prevent any downtime. Highly recommended!

Hard to get to, staff are some what helpful and less friendly. Would not accept credit card details without the card which makes it hard for tradies working for a company. Good selection of products. A better attitude would have given them five stars.
