Rang & advised what was wrong with our gas fridge, was told to come in after lunch. Waited 2hrs for repairman. Spent 10mins & advised he could not help. $110 for 10mins . Question the bill twice with no response.

Never used this place but someone who works there has come out to rangewood today (5.04.22) and has sat up peoples tails all along Hervey range road and sat up someone’s tail (my neighbour for that fact) in a 60 zone almost hitting them as they turned down our street and then did about 75 in our rural area which is a 60 zone. Hope he loses his license next time and then he won’t be able to get the satisfaction of sitting up peoples tails. Maybe keep him out of rangewood too. So unprofessional and I’ve never even used or heard of your company. So maybe tell him to act responsible on the road in a car that has the business written all over it.

Needed part for caravan fridge.Staying at caravan park in town. Was told worker was on-site already so he,d just pop over. Guy came over hour later than arranged. Looked at fridge less than 5 mins and told me it was the part I told him I needed. Billed $165. And $365 for part and labour few weeks later. My grip is I was not informed about a call out fee when I specifically asked. I paid the bill after they threatened legal action but would not use them again due to poor, dishonest customer service.
