I ordered a kitchen benchtop from Concreate in 2012. It is now time for a re-seal. I contacted Concreate on 12 February 2019, and they offered to attend to the re-seal on 28 June, which they cancelled on 26 June.Finally, they advised me on 15 November that their schedule was too full to attend to my benchtop reseal, and suggested that their sub-contractor would attend to it. It is now two months since then and I am still waiting for a re-seal date. In the meantime, my benchtop goes on deteriorating.Due to the constraints of the sealant properties, Concreate is the only one placed to provide this service. At this stage, it appears that I will be left with a deteriorating and unserviceable benchtop until I have to buy a replacement.

We are so happy with our new concrete tops for our outdoor BBQ and bench areas! Concreate’s communication pre and post installation was great and their installation team was extremely polite, efficient and tidy. Would definitely recommend!
