Good people to deal with. Have bought equipment there, and also had service done. Latest repair to a brush cutter finished quickly at reasonable cost.

Horrendous - went and chased up our mower repair after 5 months of hearing nothing, and they now can't find our mower!!!! Please do not go near this company - simply appalling!

Absolutely appalling service. Purchased a new battery for my ride on. Didn’t start my mower even after charging it. It started and ran fine with an alternative battery... Refused to give a refund or swap for another battery. Told me it could be the compression?! Despite it starting and running fine with an alternative battery... Strongly advise to avoid this mower store due to lack of knowledge and customer service.

These people are so unprofessional. I paid $130 for a leaf blower repair. When I used it for ten min it packed up and won’t start. So I went back to the shop I told them that it was not repaired but these owners wanted another $70 to repair it as the first repair did not cover the whole repaid. Seriously people ? The new one is for $249 so why would I pay you $200 plus. Anyway they made me wait for 8 weeks and I paid extra $70 for the repair. I will never go back to these people. They are full of lies and are very unprofessional. They charged me $130 for a $10 job. What a shame !! Please stay away from this business

Great service , was in a jam with broken whipper snipper and a lot of work on . I usually stick with Stihl products so firstly went to the Stihl store next to them and was stuffed around so i left . Always wanted to check this store out and in I went and glad I did , got a great Shindaiwa trimmer and was back into work in no time flat . Look forward to visiting again ....

I purchased a new oelo mac 820 machine was lacking power from day one. Went into the shop 5 times. Chris is very hard to deal with on 5 time it blew up. Completely refused refund. New saw was given. Under protest. Swearing down the phone. From chris seems to be his way. Terrible customer service. Im still suck wirh a terrible saw.

As a lawn mowing contractor of 7 years I need the best service, gear and repairs. I have tried most places on the cost and Cutting edge is easily the best. They are the only lawn mower shop that I go to anymore.

Utterly pathetic service. Put my mower in 4 weeks ago to just get looked at. I rang on the 2nd week to the least enthusiastic person I've heard telling me about how they're too busy (despite having only a few mowers sitting in the shed when I first put it in) to look at it and to give them 2 more weeks. For some reason I did so. I rang up today to only get the same lazy customer service over the phone, the same excuses on top of Australia Day and Valentine's Day setting us back a fair bit" as if that would have made any difference as to whether or not they would have been bothered to touch it. I feel for the other reviewers here who haven't received their mowers or whatnot since Christmas. Don't even bother giving them a chance."

Bad customer service, dont supply a price breakdown, my new ride on came back dirty and with broken clips and brackets after taking 3+weeks to change a drive belt and general service I will never be back. Even if it means i lost my warranty.

Great bunch of blokes .I use them a lot I always try to support the little bloke rather than a franchise company and those boats at cutting edge do a fantastic job I’ve got my business I may lawns for a job so I get all me stuff for them .
