The Strand Cafe Restaurant
We had a booking on the 31st of December so it was a busy day and a bit loud nevertheless Service was impeccable and food was great. Even for such a busy night food didn’t take long to come, I had a beef steak that came the way I asked and my mum had a pappardelli zucha which she enjoyed. We also had a toast with a good margarita! I totally recommend this place.

Good brunch place. I ordered a chicken burger which was decent. We ordered for lemonade and was surprised to be given Iipton bottled ice tea which was surprising as we expected it will be made in kitchen.Service was good. Will go to the place again.

The breakfast bagel with smashed avo and added bacon was fantastically good. Scrambled eggs on toast was surprisingly good too. Fresh sourdough bread.Also the service was friendly, prompt and warm.

Nice location cafe away from the busier side of Jetty Rd, Glenelg. Car parking is much easier. Long standing cafe for many years, icon of jetty Rd. Must say the Mediterranean chicken salad is edging closer to $30 & chicken is more drier than what it was previously (we ALWAYS order this fav dish when we come), so a bit disappointed. Will probs get pastas or pizzas next time.

Was absolutely not expecting the massive steak sandwich I got, and was also not expecting it to be as good as it was with very generous filling of steak. Coffee was great, but that's the standard at most places. Very good and cordial service as well.

Have never had a disappointing meal here. My favourite dish would be the squicken salad (chicken & squid) and I don't usually order salad! They always have a lovely busy vibe. A little more on the pricey side but definitely worth it. Service was perfect.

Lovely customer service, wide range of foods and supportive for birthday boys! Food came out 10 minutes after ordering, and the presentation of the restaurant is amazing.
