A great new facility, with options for everyone. The self-service machines are awesome! The staff there are also very welcoming & helpful. It's a great way to get some cash back while doing your bit for the environment ♻️

We've been to this place a few times and always felt they short changed us. This time, we counted the cans & bottles before going. They counted over 100 cans short. We told them before handing the cans to them how many there were and afterwards when we got short changed, they just said no. It was a he said, she said situation. Our cans will now go in the recycling. Its not worth our time and this place will rip you off. Go somewhere else.

First time that I have been to this recycling centre. I was very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, clean & tidy facilities and how easy it was. Definitely be coming back here again.

I personally counted the bottles before I off loaded them and a bearded guy served me and counted them,he was 100 bottles shortThere only bottles but that’s why collect them for CASH not for you guys to pocket 10 or 20 dollars from each customer that drives through the gate with a larger amount of bottles, I arrived with 4 garden waste bags of cans and bottles the guy who served me,you know who you so stop ripping people off.I hope other people read this and don’t use your service as it’s not fair on what you do

Went today for the first time, the staff was very polite and helpful and I received the correct amount of money.

Fantastic. All these people saying that they rip you off. They too, the facility get income from each returnable item. Its not a smart business move to short change people when it also affects the businesses income. Perhaps these people who have time to allegedly count their own items at home, run them through the self service machine for a more accurate count if this is their concern. Or perhaps the people claiming that they're short changed put too many non approved containers in with their collection. It make sense. If you cant count correctly, you too might not understand simple instructions of what is and is not permitted.Dont believe all that is written by people. Its a great facility with great people. Its clean. Its functional. And that about it.

Rip off merchants, over 3.5k of units, ripped me off over 1.2k units, not machine counted, thrown into large bins by the workers

Very speedy service, items counted and paid for.

Very friendly and helpful staff, process was easy will definitely be using this place from now on.
