What a warm and welcoming establishment. Definitely embracing all ages and capabilities, giving women that all important me time while building strength, fitness, self confidence and friendships.Tracy is a credit to Curves and I would highly recommend contacting her (and her team) for a consultation, no matter where you are at in your personal health. This is one program that does not intimidate women, please consider the other women in your life and pass this onto them.
