Amazing barber, does good fades, is my brother’s best mate, customer service is also really good, I recommend coming to this barber to get a haircut.

I've been a regular for the past 3 years but I've felt utterly frustrated with my most recent service at Barber Realm. I was given one of their new barbers after a very long 2+ hour wait, who somehow managed to butcher one part of my hair because they were in a rush (although I didn't notice at first due to poor lighting that day). This was very unfortunate because I was hoping to propose to my gf on V-Day and don't have the time to get this fixed as I work very long hours most days of the week. I get that it's also very busy here but when prices have been raised and when the majority of us are willing to wait a very long time for a haircut, we do expect a decent service. Another reason for me giving a 1 star is because I've noticed that the numbering queue system is very terribly monitored in the past year with some people jumping the queue. Either way I won't be coming back here after my last visit but please seriously upgrade your queue system and hire proper barbers for the rest of your loyal customers.

I had a broken leg at the time and contacted them on FB and got an instant response that i could come in with no wait time. Truly appreciate that. Am a regular there and they've got the basics right, quick, good quality, good customer service and fair pricing.

Very disappointed.They have a numbering system, but they don't monitor it.As a suggestion, please improve the level of service. Especially for your long term customer

This our local barber, they do a good job (most times but the wait is too long). U sure if we can make appointments. Very friendly and courteous staff. It's the convenience of being g close to home in Mariott Waters.

I love this place , the quality of the haircuts and beard trims are great and service is great tooMy only issue is the wait time I genuinely cannot find the time to wait for a hair cut anymore . Bookings would be great if they took them

The guy there didn't even show me what my hair looked like. I tipped him 10 bucks as well thinking I came out with a nice cut. Managed to line me up alright but obviously doesn't know how to fade. complete waste of time and was even more upsetting because it was new years eve. I would say a whole lot more about this place but probably not a good idea.

Man I’ve been coming here for years without issue until my last haircut. I’m too embarrassed to even upload the picture that’s how bad it is. Some random Indian lady cut my hair, stopped half way to go leave the store then came back 5 minutes later. I asked for a fade, I didn’t get one, and I still got charged the full fade price! My left side was also left longer than my right side and my hair was cut way to high up and destroyed my hair line. Be careful who you let cut your hair here. Get the owner or the short guy with a fade to do your hair ONLY! And to the owner - bro you have to really do your homework on someone before you hire them. I deleted my old 5 star review and have to leave this one star review here instead. I just can’t recommend this barbershop right now. Too many bad barbers work here. It’s a coin flip whether you will get a good or bad haircut and it shouldn’t be like that.
