Came to assess fridge repair cost/quote. Said he would send it through despite 4 reminder calls over 3 weeks each time saying he would get back to me. No quote ever came. I don’t understand why some trades in Mackay are so unreliable.Can’t speak for the quality of their work just there lack of service / unreliability.Found someone else that did it in a couple of days!

Had this guy come out and investigate my air con. Said he would email a quote. Have made contact via email, voice mail message and also speaking to him via phone and yet still no quote. I will not be paying the call out fee if I don’t get a quote nor will I be using him to repair.

Fixed my bar fridge, Used it once, worked well, i then didnt use it for 12 months and when i did it didnt work... Mike then repaired it free of charge for me! cant ask for better than that! Thanks mate
