i just went into prouds kalgoorlie to buy myself a gold bangle. The lady was so rude to me and didnt want to take items out of display for me to look at. i asked about the weight of different bangles and she said they dont know the gold weight of solid gold bangles plus dont have scales in the store.she was so put out by serving me that i told her i felt she was being hostile to me, then she rolled her eyes at me, and i LEFT CRYING.i had $1000 in my purse to spend today, so no wonder they are having a close down sale. RUDEST sales lady ive ever come accross!

Update your store hours. Website says the store is open to 5:30pm on fridays, finished work early to get to store on time to fined store shut before 5pm.
