Move Freely Now

I had a session with Monique today and couldn’t be happier. Walked in with shoulder and elbow pain, reduced range of movement and was feeling the effects in my yoga practice. After, both my arms felt looser, my range improved significantly, less pain in my elbows and my overall posture was so much better. Thanks for an amazing treatment.

Monique is a great SI practitioner. I went through a modified 12-session series with her as I had already had some SI work done elsewhere. Each session is a kind of cross between a massage and physio. You are an active participant in each session, but I still found it overall relaxing.Monique informs you of why she is doing/using the techniques that she is and was always open and responsive to answering my questions. Her expertise really helped open up" kinetic slings in my body and give me a greater general sense of awareness in my body. Restrictions dissipated and turned off muscles were awakened again. The great thing was that through my own practice of yoga/stretching/movement in between sessions
