Time and time again this pharmacy has been there for me with great advice and helping my family out with our prescriptions. Staff are friendly, knowledgable and willing to help. The compounding chemist is great too! Highly recommend them.

made me wait 40-50 minutes because my medicare card was being rejected, even though i took my script elsewhere and had no issues. pharmacists are either incompetent, think speaking to customers is beneath them or are just lazy. the floor staff are very nice and attentive but pharmacist refused to listen to me (wouldn't speak to me directly but just sent countless staff back and forth) when I suggested what the reason was for the card rejection (which the other pharmacist confirmed was the issue).

Taking my prescriptions and NDSS business back to Chemist Warehouse. I have supported this local business for years but the the treatment I received from Gavin recently was so appalling, I cant bring myself to go back.

I had bad lacerations on my face and asked for a suitable cream. I applied said cream and within seconds in started to burn and caused more damage than I already had. I went to another chemist and received MUCH better service and products. If I could give this business negative stars,I certainly wood!

The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The premises is well laid out and it is open late enough for me to visit on my way home after work.
