Impressions made our home look very appealing and helped towards a prompt sale. The staff were polite, pleasant and efficient and did their work with a minimum of fuss. Certainly value for money and highly recommended.

I hired Impressions to stage my townhouse in Phillip prior to sale. The decor was attractive, and suited the carpets, curtains and walls very well. We had this company style our house for recent sale. The quoting and scheduling process was smooth and professional and (in the main) we were happy with the look of the house. It was accepted we would be using all their furniture while in our house as it was a functioning home throughout the sale process..The problem arose when they used dining chairs with sharp feet and no protectors. When sat on, these immediately cut through the coating on our bamboo flooring, damaging them in a way that can only be fixed through replacement. We raised the issue with owner Nicole, who didn't even bother to attend to inspect, instead she simply sent the removalists back with different chairs and a mat to cover the damage. No offer was made to repair the boards or even adjust the price in recompense. In fact, there was not even an apology, just a short email thanking us for the feedback and telling us to move them off the floor until they could be replaced. (Apparently they can’t be expected to know about this sort of stuff unless the client tells them).Another issue is that they moved a number of our picture hooks to suit their artwork. We accepted this in the fine prin of the agreement but when removing their pictures, they also took all the hooks, simply leaving multiple holes in the wall and no hooks. Why?.Overall I wouldn't recommend this company and feel there has to be more professional options out there. The fact they took almost 2 weeks after the sale to remove their furniture also meant extended storage for our own gear.
