Our physiotherapist comes to our home to work with Dad, a cancer patient. She is direct and firm with Dad while giving him a decent workout. The sessions are definitely helping his strength and balance

Lea was calm and patient. My son doesn’t usually take to strangers and is particularly anxious and uncomfortable with health professionals. It didn’t take him long to interact with Lea and even contradict me in the mix.

Joon is wonderful! He is very gentle, patient and kind with my elderly parents aged 95 & 98. He is an excellent physio and spends every minute working through gentle exercises with each of them to improve their mobility. He is also highly respectful and polite, and always punctual and brings props to keep it interesting. I can’t think of anything to improve the experience. Thank you Joon!

Amanda immediately made me feel comfortable and confident as it was obvious she knew her stuff, identifying my issues up front, explaining what she was doing and why. With lower back, knee and shoulder injuries she helped me understand what was going on, and the types of exercises I’d need to do to strengthen and support my healing. Her massage was also “just right” not too soft, not too hard. The Gen Physio at home service suits me perfectly too. Thanks!
