Australian Tree Care Tas has done work for us on 5 occasions over 2 years, since we purchased our 2.7 hectare bush block. Frank Rosol and his carefully chosen team are highly professional in every aspect of their work. Frank clearly has very high standards, and has imparted this to his team. They have always taken time to consider each tree, and the suitable shaping of it, without making us feel rushed or under any pressure. They are clearly knowledgeable on trees, and horticulture in general, and explanations are in layman terms. Their communication with each other whilst working in and around the trees really emphasised safety and consideration for each other. The first huge eucalypt they trimmed for us looks so beautiful, and everyone comments on it! Each time we had the chipper, and were able to keep the wood-chips or they were taken away. If the wood was not chipped, the area was left with tidy piles, and even raked. We are extremely fortunate in northern Tasmania to have such a well qualified arborist company, and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them in the highest possible way.

The first job ATC did for me was to take an unruly, snow damaged, very large flowering gum and made it safe and healthy, retaining my privacy and as a beautiful home for a multitude of birds and bees. After this, the team completely renovated" a back yard

I have used Australian Tree Care Tasmania many times over the years for consultation, removal or pruning of trees on my double block. Frank Rosol and his team are always very punctual, diligent and polite and give me choice of having tree branches chopped into firewood lengths or longer for my own use or taken away. They also have a really big chipper so the smallest branches get chipped so I can use it as free mulch in my garden if I want it (and I always do). Frank always comes to give a quote prior to starting the job, so I know what the cost will be, and as he and his team work so steadily and are very trustworthy, I am always confident that his quote is reasonable and acurate. I am aware that Australian Tree Care Tas are in high demand and much sought after so I don’t mind waiting for them to fit me into their busy work diary. I would recommend Australian Tree Care Tas and Frank and his team (and often do) to anyone needing consultation, pruning or removal of trees, shrubs or hedges.

We recently had a large Blackwood tree needing removal from the the least accessible corner of our residential property.Frank Rosol from Australian Tree Care Tas was very prompt in responding to our request for a quote and gave us options for the removal of the tree.On the day of removal, Frank and his team arrived spot on time, set up with no fuss, efficiently removed the tree, cutting into the pre agreed size pieces and chipping what wasn’t going to be kept in log lengths, leaving it for us as mulch as also pre agreed.This tree was in a very awkward location and overhanging 3 other properties. All of it was lowered carefully down on our property with no damage to any infrastructure.Quick. Safe. Efficient, friendly & ProfessionalI cannot praise Frank Rosol and Australian Tree Care Tas more highly for their excellent work and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done. We will use them in future for any arborist work we need done.

Frank and Louis saved the day when they rescued our drone from a 25m White Gum after a filming mishap. Incredible customer service, talented climbers and very passionate about what they do.Their skillset was amazing - setting up, grabbing the drone and packing up all done in under an hour.A fantastic local business run by highly skilled arborists! We hope to never need their services again, but if we do we'll be giving them a call!

Evidently the rules don't apply to them, as they love parking in the disabled parking, at 2:45pm on a school day. With their chipper out on the street, it was impossible for buses and cars to pass safely. My car was almost cleaned up by them twice. Pictures are available if anyone wants to see them. They just don't care about public safety or the disabled drivers who need to park.

I don’t know how to thank Frank and his team, Harley and Codie, enough! Today we had a beautiful lost kitten stuck up a tree and these three lovely people were able to help us get him down within the hour. We appreciate their help and their compassion so so much.The kitten is well and is going to one of my friends’ loving homes.

Could not be happier with the efficient and professional service provided by Frank and his crew. I thought Frank would quote and come back another time but when I said I was happy with the quote he asked if I'd like the job done there and then as he knew we needed access for new fences. I will definitely call them again if we need tree work done, they're great.
