After alot of thought, my wife and I decided on Coral Reef Pools. We dealt with Luke from the beginning and felt that he was genuinely interested in making our first pool purchase a smooth and enjoyable experience. At first we were naturally nervous, but quickly realised that whatever Luke said he was going to do, he did! Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he was always happy to answer any questions we had. We have no hesitation in recommending Luke and Coral Reef Pools. We could not thank Luke and his team enough for their professionalism, excellent customer service and workmanship.Luke managed our project from start to finish in a very timely manner, Luke was always available when we needed him and this was also the case after our pool was completed. Luke was very prompt and very well organised he guided us through every step of the process, our pool was in the ground with water in at the end of the first week and probably would have been completed at the end of the second week except for the rain.There were no hidden surprises our quote was our cost.We highly recommend Luke and his team, they were very friendly and courteous, they have restored our faith in fantastic customer service and an excellent product completed as per schedule.

Thank you Coral Reef Pools!From the initial quoting process (which is Luke the owner) to the end result (which is Luke the owner) you have been amazing!We did our homework and had 4 poolcompanies come out and quote. The other companies had sales reps visit us and didn’t give us huge confidence with the project ahead (and cost way more!) Luke really helped to educate us and identify what pool, the position and what would work best in our yard.We built our home 4yrs ago and had landscaping done and we put it out of our minds that we would ever get a pool. But last year during Covid we decided we wanted to add one to our backyard. Summer 2020/2021 was boiling but knowing we were going to have a pool for the next summer was amazing!!Luke quoted and went through everything and there were no hidden costs and now we have a pool and our landscaping completed during winter and we just can’t wait to use our pool this spring/ summer!!!Luke’s team were so lovely, respectful and hard working on site. It’s insane to watch how quickly a pool can be installed, very fun experience for the family to watch!!I have no hesitation in recommending Coral Reef pool to anyone and hope my friends and family will use you going forward as it was so worth it.Thanks again for everything!Mel & Andy
