Very disappointing experience. The car was stuck there for a whole week while they replaced the evaporator coil (2 or 3 days elsewhere for the same job). 10 minutes after I drove it away, the overheating light came on because they had not ensured they had replaced the water/coolant in the radiator properly.A few days later, I notice there’s a penetrating whistle when the aircon is running. When I took it back, they dismissed me with “It’s an engine noise, nothing to do with the aircon”. A few months later the aircon is no longer cooling the car at all. Turns out (after taking the car somewhere else) there’s a gas leak which was causing the noise. You’d think aircon ‘specialists’ would have recognised the problem in a heartbeat. A reasonable price is only reasonable if the service is good.

Didn't fix my problem even though I told him what was wrong he claimed to replace another part. Then when I took it back so they could fix it, they tried to charge again. Told me that they would leave my compressor on the floor if I didn't pay

I had the air conditioning in a Nissan Navara fixed at Freeze Equip today and couldn't be happier with the service, knowledge, price and result.
