Booked in for a wash/cut & the lady that was suppose to cut my hair had to cancel. So another lady I don’t know cut my hair & didn't wash it as she didn’t have time she said. I’d deliberately not washed my hair for a few days prior & had to go home & wash it after the cut. She cut it very average & seemed rushed. I won’t be back again & my friend had the same experience. I paid good money but an ordinary experience. .
