Great store with a great range of products, spent a good couple thousand here and the staff always deliver great service and ensure I get a great price every purchase

Incredible range of guitars and staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Had a hard time choosing but in the end walked out with a beautiful Coke Clark acoustic. The store manager Stuart was great in assisting me and I’d buy from there again!

Second time shopping with you guys. Online ordering was seamless. Although items werent shipped straight away, after a week, my items were sent express which was great for a free postage. So no complaint. Thanks for the bass guitar and roland cube speaker. Best price around for those.

I ordered from Derringers online. I rang up to ask about a deal they had on a DW Design Series in Black Satin that had just ended. Without hesitation the gentlemen I was on the phone with, José gave me the deal and was kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Great customer service and seriously... José needs a raise man. great dude :)

As soon as you enter the store, it is just a beautiful wave of beautiful guitars. I was speechless and hiddenly over joyed with happiness. The workers were really nice and friendly and were happy to help to get my first electric guitar, they told me of what they recommend and some tips here and there. I absolutely loved the underground, dark, led, electric guitar room. It felt so legendary like guitars as a god. Felt so surreal. It was amazing. The guitars looked so beautiful. They hooked me up on one of the amps that they recommended, to see if I liked the guitar I was considering on buying. Having a few plays with it and instantly fell in love it. Never felt so happy to buy something. Especially something expensive but super worth it. When I got my guitar I got some stuff with it as well like guitar picks, guitar case, a lead, and an amp and overall the price was knocked down by about $400 which was amazing. Would definetly come back when I'm rich again lol. Love this place.

Great shop for your next guitar.Friendly staff with lots of knowledge. Guitar area is downstairs and the PA equipment is upstairs. Shop is packed with all types of guitars from electric, acoustic and bass. Different makes and models. Worth checking it out.

Staff member was so rude after I asked a simple question I will never go to this store again.And this was after I had spent $5,500 of my hard earned money at this shop.

Our first visit to Derringers Music and it was excellent. Staff (Justin?) Were so friendly and helpful. We came to get a ukulele for our 9yo and he gave us lots of helpful advice, and even tuned it for us! Haven't had such great service in so long. Thanks guys! We'll be back for sure.

I had a great experience buying online from Derringers. Sale price was unbeatable and the after sales service was excellent. They advised of an issue with the open box purchase of one of my items and worked with me to achieve a great outcome.
