Two stars for turning up and working hard. Unfortunately, the work carried out was substandard in most areas and did not reflect the cost of the landscaping project. Poor attention to detail, incorrect installations and constructions, and well below the skill level I expected.Along with the disappointingly inadequate work was the poor customer service. Issues raised were met with argumentative and unsympathetic responses. The firm responded to any concerns with extreme reluctance to discuss any matter or carry out repairs. On top of paying top dollar for a job not well done, I will now have to pay 3rd parties to make the changes and repairs needed to satisfactorily complete the work.I recommend if you are planning a big landscaping project to first check advice available online from the various government consumer advice sites. Wish I had!

I am so happy with my new garden, thank you so much Alison and David. From the beginning Alison sat with me and listened to my ideas and designed a beautiful garden to suit my tastes and lifestyle. David worked tirelessly to make Alison’s vision come to life and presented a beautiful finished garden, that I now get so many compliments on. Nothing was too much trouble for Alison and David and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I absolutely love my new garden, and I can’t wait to watch it grow and develop over the next few years. I’m so glad I chose Timandra.
