Amazing and clean Lebanese restaurant with top notch service. We had the 'Feast' banquet and was treated to delicious and generous portions of hummus, baba ganoush, Tabouli, fatoush, kibbe, sambousek, falafel, kafta mishwe, shish tawook, laham mishwe, batata bi kizbara and mansaf rice. Our kids also ordered off the kids menu which was great! We will definitely visit again soon!

First time dining at Al Aseel Restaurant Penrith today with my family. First of all there are no signs to direct us to the restaurant. My husband had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to see if we were in the right area, only to find these white doors with no signage - which is weird.Anyway after waiting a couple of mins. We were then greeted by this guy named Matthew (he wears glasses) who showed us our table and took our order. My first impression of him - unwelcoming, rude and just no customer service whatsoever. His tone of voice & his attitude is appalling, to the point where I was ready to leave.I must say the food is absolutely delicious, portions could be bigger in my opinion especially for the price we paid. BUT the service has really put me off. I don’t think I would go back there unless you get better working staff who knows what customer service is!!

This place has a reputation and its well deserved. The food is consistently great and always fresh.I mean my mum is impressed and always wants to go here. Mum grew up in India and she's never impressed with restaurants... especially with places where the mains are sitting in the mid-$30 range. She said it was worth it!I'd only say that the service can be a bit lacking some days when it's busy.

Really disappointing experience. We ordered $200 worth of food to our house. Received a notification out food was ready and 25 minutes later the food had not left, so we called the restaurantFood finally left 5 mins later and was dropped at our house 1.5kms away.Of course food was stone cold on arrival. Uber driver expressed his apologies and advised he was waiting a long time at the restaurantAgain called the restaurant and was told to take it up with Uber. We spoke with the reception and manager about getting a concession for our next order but was given a very blunt response and that they were too busy to speak with usReally poor experience receiving cold food, and worse when the restaurant just doesn’t care.Real shame as if meal was discounted we would have ordered again, however lost a customer for life

Thank you to the team at Al Aseel Restaurant Penrith. We went there on the weekend and all I can say is the service was great the food was great, there was 21 of us including children and they managed to get all our orders out perfectly, considering there was 21 off us they did and amazing job so thank you.The food taste great it's like a home cooked meal, beautiful middle eastern food for all to enjoy, knowing how much effort goes in to preparing middle eastern food the menu is certainly value for money, priced well, all our kids enjoyed their meals, so did the adults. They also managed to get all our food out at pretty much the same time.I must say the only thing that would be great to see on the menu is a more value for money way of getting drinks for group bookings say like a jug option. This place is really a hidden gem.I would certainly come back here and even bring other friends and family to enjoy the food and service.I 100% recommend this restaurant.

Great place and great food but unfortunately the service could be better the drinks take ages to order and receive. But the food definitely makes up for it. I can understand that this restaurant is busy they should have one dedicated drinks person or just put more staff on . The staff here really do try tho and the food is excellent.

The food is always tasty here and the variety is great. The restaurant wasn’t very busy or full and all patrons were scattered throughout the restaurant which looked like it made it challenging for the 2 floor staff to meet the needs of us and others. It took a while to order drinks because it was difficult to get the attention of any staff member. As we were finishing our meal the volume of the music in the restaurant changed dramatically as happy birthday screamed over the speakers. This continued for quite some time and it got louder; we were dining with an autistic adult who was visibly impacted by the volume of the music and once again there were no staff members in sight to ask for support. Finally one of the young women looked in our direction and noticed our discomfort and approached us to check in. We were grateful for her concern and for checking in.Whilst we understand that autism looks different for each individual and responses are unique also I’d like to share that the volume of the music was uncomfortable to us also and we are not autistic. I feel like I need to mention that I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who is autistic and/or sensitive to loud sounds or music.

Always great food. Seating options for solo, couples, small groups and families. I miss the vegetarian mixed plate though.Always busy so make a booking. Hard to get takeaway as always packed.
