Disgusting customer service. I ordered 2 x sherpa blankets online on 21.05.2022, I followed up twice when I had not received my order. I was informed that my online order was being picked and would be dispatched in 3-4 business days (22.06.2022). I then received an email on 04.07.2022 saying that my parcel was in the post. And today I received an email saying sorry you are missing your order

A huge shout out to Tiffani. Her customer service was above and beyond when I was in the store on Tuesday 23rd Feb. the items I was chasing were not available in store so it was the big ring around to several stores to get what I was chasing. I was only able to get one of these items as the other was completely sold out. Then on Thursday evening I received a lovely courtesy call from her to say my doona was in store. Tiffani you are an exceptional young lady. Congrats to you as it is service like I received that welcomes customers back into your stores.

The friendly ladies helped myself and a friend out to get a full set of sheets and quilt covers for our new bedroom suites. The shop was busy both times but they took their time to help us choose matching colours and let us feel the different materials so we would be happy.Big thank you.

Usually the staff a very welcoming and helpful but on my last visit the lady who served me was very abrupt and rude, making me feel like I was inconveniencing her for needing service. When at the point of sale, she revealed the item I was purchasing was NOT in fact on sale (despite the display being in one of the sale sections) and after deciding to not purchase the item (non-sale price was a lot higher) she glared at me and walked off with the product.

Great range of quality linens and home decor at quality prices with unusual and beautiful pieces not seen elsewhere. They do have great specials frequently. Was looking at beautiful, colourful quilt covers on special. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Good location, easy to get to near Kmart, with good parking close by.

My wife and I bought bedding at this store and received outstanding service from Dominique who did everything possible to make sure we make the right choices without any pressure. When we were keen on an out of stock item, she arranged delivery to our front door without any charge, which we received days later. We highly recommend this store and their friendly helpful staff!!

Excellent store great items and beautiful bedware. Purchased beautiful bedspread on special which was great buy. Service is great here nothing is too much trouble. Lovely store to browse in for gifts etc. Always on my shopping list to browse and get ideas!
