Cleanster- The Cleaning Monster

Very bad service. First they will give you a lowest quote. On the day, they will charge you more. And yet end of the day, they will do nothing. They wont respond to your queries. Kindly avoid them. Zero star to them if possible. Avoid hiring them and save your hard earned money.

My family member had their couch cleaned by this company. After the couch was cleaned it still smelt bad and they said they would retreat it. However, after several phone calls and text messages they now refuse to retreat the couch and keep ignoring all calls and texts. I would not recommend them as they do not complete the cleaning to a professional industry standard. This is very disappointing that they choose to ignore clients requests after not cleaning the couch properly.

End of Lease & Carpet. Guaranteed Bond Clean. Save yourself loosing all your money. They will double the price on arrival & not honour the Bond Guarantee. Monsters yes cleaning not so much unless slopping water around with a bucket is considered professional cleaning. If you go back to them because your bond has been knocked back they will yell at you & talk over you. Terrible customer service. They will demand cash at the end. My cleaning bill went from $375 to $1300 after my fussy real estate demanded it all be done again. Terrible experience.
