I have been training with Milla for over 8 months and she is determined, incredibly focused and highly motivating. She has a strong understanding of how to structure sessions to accommodate any post natal restrictions and has never let my restrictions stop me from getting up a good sweat and having a great work out. Book early as the only complaint is trying to find a session time with her!!

Milla is a great PT and has a more holistic approach which I was attracted to. She also is very good at checking in with your progress and tailoring the exercises to your needs. I highly recommend giving her a go.

Signing up with Milla last year, was the best decision I´ve made in a long time. She inspires me and pushes me to always do my best and believe that everything is possible. I´ve lost weight, built muscles and got rid of my migraines thanks to her work outs. I also love that she has introduced me to functional training, which is the best!

I've been training with Milla for 4 months and it's been fabulous. I have more energy and my body is stronger and more toned. What used to make me puffed, seems quite easy now. And what's more - it's been fun. She's got the right combination fun, expertise and but pushes you. She made me sign up for True Grit with her (which I would never do in a million years) and I loved it! Highly recommended.

Working out *with* Milla is so much more motivating than having some 20-something with no life or work experience trying to imitate TV trainers. 10cm off the waistline in 2 months is a great start. In 8 years I've had 4 trainers. Milla is by far and away the best. Good luck getting a session though. I'm keeping my 4 spots per week.

Absolutely loving my sessions with Milla. I was a complete gym newbie when I started but she's worked with me to help me build up my core strength. I thought I'd have a hard time staying motivated but that's not been the case thanks to Milla's ever-changing routines. I can't recommend her enough!

After few years without any sport, I start training with Milla and she is fantastic ! She gave me the “push” I needed and after 6 month I’m feeling much better. I have more energy and feel better. She doesn’t really know how to count (10 becomes 12 very easily) but she knows what she is doing.

I started training with Milla 4.5 months ago not being able to do a single pushup. In fact on day one I was convinced I would need an ambulance by the end of the session, I was so unfit and I think she only asked me to do two pushups - I couldn't. I was 2 years post baby and 3 years since any fitness or gym and it was time to do something to prioritise my mental and physical health. I did and still do hate gyms and I wouldn't go of my own accord (so many unused but with the best of intentions gym memberships prove that) but Milla is brilliant. I began her 12 week program in July training 2-3 times a week while working full time with the demands of a toddler and she is incredibly accommodating. 11kg down already with 10 more to go and I am fitter, stronger and happier than I have been in a long time. IMO the best PT in the Western Suburbs, and I've tried a few over the years. Making that first call to Milla was the best decision I've made this year. I can't recommend Nes Fitness highly enough.

Milla really knows her stuff! She creates workouts that are perfectly tailored to suit my abilities and designed to really work on the areas that I want to improve. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she's super personable - I really enjoy our PT sessions as she pushes me so much harder than I would if I was working out on my own! The group box fit classes that Milla runs are great fun too and a killer workout.
