Do not let the marketing and professional website fool you into trusting this company with your life's possessions.They are very fast to quote and organise the uplift to secure you as a Customer. After that they won't communicate and might" deliver in 3-6 weeks time. Just hope you don't have anything like your Washing Machine

Unbelievable!!!! They went above and beyond and asked if they could do anything extra to help. Justin and Craig worked so hard and I’ll be recommending this service to anyone needing a removalist!!!! I would say 10 stars and more!!!

This company took my money up front. Then promised a pick up and delivery dates. Then with no warning did not pickup on the pick up date but did pickup one day before the house we where in handed over to new owners. Then delivery took another 4 weeks, so we where living in our new home with no furniture or belongings at all. After deliver no apologies or any thing Very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.

Wridgeways were engaged in the logistics of my relocation from Melbourne to near Rockhampton Qld. I found their quote reasonable as it also included storage for a month from pickup if required. Moving house is very stressful and I found that the staff on the day; at both ends, to be happy in their work and relaxed in communications with me. Thus making me feel better. The company is very efficient and all queries addressed in a short turn around.BP.

Extremely professional through out the whole process from packing the container to delivering it within a couple of days, highly recommended for anyone wanting a great service with frendly people to go with it. I will definitely use Wridgways again..

The service as a whole was good but dealing with the logistics was a nightmare. I had 3 different people contacting me throughout who all had different information from each other somehow. Even if I would correct one of them the message wasn't updated in the system so I had to keep repeating myself to multiple employees over the course of my move so I had a lot of phone calls and emails which interrupted my work which would not have been necessary if the company had better internal communication.
