This is the nicest cleanest motel with have stayed in while in Warwick .The decor is Modern and classy .The bed was extremely comfortable. We were very impressed and have already booked for the next Rodeo .Our room had so much space including a lounge and dining room with all essentials for cooking our dinner .Our Host was very pleasant and accommodating . Overall impressed.

Awesome place, we stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and well designed. The 53 on victoria were very accommodating with our booking and helpful with recommendations on places to eat etc. I would give it 6 stars if that was possible!

Could not have been better - got a text with a code to enter the room which made it so easy. Excellent location and really well set up - will definitely be staying there again.The room was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable - well set out with kitchen facilities - close to down. Loved it and can't rate it highly enough.

53 On Victoria is a rare gem, not just in its unexpected location of country Warwick, but among short-term accommodation in general.We booked a two night stay in the Executive Studio as part of a weekend getaway. I had discovered this business, through little more than good fortune and luck, when planning the escape many weeks earlier. New owner Kylie was friendly, accommodating and professional, complementing the whole experience.The motel is conveniently located at the entrance into Warwick (from Brisbane) and is also walking distance to the local river (great spot for picnics), shops, restaurants, pub and, our personal favourite, Warwick Gardens Galore (a nursery with an excellent cafe).The studio itself offers a taste of luxury. King sized bed, large shower, amazingly comfortable couch, TV, air con, kitchen and more, all stylishly presented in Asian-themed decor. I will add that the room is quite dark which, although initially daunting, actually provides a sense of intimacy and privacy. It also allows for a great night's sleep as the sunlight only makes an appearance when you allow it!Overall, 53 On Victoria is a winner is our eyes. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and, if ever deciding on another overnight adventure in peaceful and scenic Warwick, would definitely make this business our first port of call.

Excellent room, clean, well appointed, everything you need for a night or a week.The rooms are well decorated and luxurious. The location is excellent and there is free parking onsite.The check in process is easy and effortless.

We had a very pleasant break here. Staff are lovely and helpful (a later checkout time was no trouble); rooms are spacious and very clean; good location - just a quick walk to the art gallery and cafes, great set-up in room with a proper kitchen and bathroom, big TV and a writing desk in our Business Studio. Great value! My only slight quibble was that the bathroom shelf was too high for this shortie and the bed also was a bit too high (and too soft for our tastes) but apart from that, all was great.

What a gem, absolutely loved staying here, highly appreciate owners who take such pride in their business by providing such a beautifully laid out room, comfortable bed, beautiful setting, truly no expense spared all over from bedroom, kitchen & bathroom, kudos to current and previous owners, we will be back and we highly recommend others to stay here

What a fantastic place this is. Small complex of 6 units, extremely well appointed and a lot of space. Comfortable, Quiet and close to everything. Our new place to stay when in Warwick. See you again soon.

The studio was very clean, large, comfortable, and well-appointed. Such a nice place to stay after a long drive. I travel a lot for work, this property would have to be one of the best I've ever stayed in. Complimented by friendly, welcoming staff - worthy to be #1 in Warwick.

This is the best motel ever! Beautifully presented with everything you could ask for. Full size stove & all that goes with it. King size bed, so comfortable. It's 5⭐⭐plus from us.!!
