They stole our extra rent payments and hid it behind false waterbills they tryed force me my husband and 5 children out on the streets only giving us the 2 weeks notice to leave without any breach notice given to us in the whole 5 years we had rented with them knowing we had no home to go to all because i questioned where our extra rental payments where going Keira and Geoffrey have no family values they would rather stomp on my family then let anyone know what they have done to us GOD SEE'S WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN DOING TO MY BABIES .

Kawana Coast Realty is a great family led business boasting energetic and down to earth people who go the extra mile to ensure clients are looked after. Despite working for the owners they look after both landlords and tenants well and I've had good reviews from all my tenants. I recommend them to anyone looking to have their properties managed, they're the best property managers I've had over the years.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!Geoff, Keira and Lynne-Anne are simply an outstanding team of thorough professionals. We have been clients for 15yrs and their property management has made it effortless for us as landlords. They care about the tenants, provide an ethical & thorough service to ensure their rental is always at the highest of standards and also have the owners best interest at heart as well. Geoff & the sales team did an amazing job selling our property in a few weeks during the difficult Covid period. It will be sad to no longer work with these guys as it was an absolute pleasure!!

This realestate is one of the worst on the Sunshine Coast. You are crazy to trust the owner Geoff or the property manager Jo. They are horrible at there jobs and treat people who do business with them like dirt. Geoff doesn't do property inspections correctly. He like people who are renting through him to call trades people to repair things themselves and after 7 years doing that we had enough. Stay away from Kawana Coast Realty as they do the wrong thing by everyone.
