Extremely poor customer service. We are now waiting 3 weeks for our HAZARDOUS waste to be removed! I spoke to the reception and they honestly don't seem to care at all. Do NOT recommend!!

Appalling service. Have almost a months worth of clinical medi waste not been collected, overflowing to the point its on the ground. Ever since you've taken over this service your work ethic and client care is disgusting!!!
