John is always helpful and honest. He's service is outstanding. He fixed my computer email problem today in five minutes where others have been on the phone for hours trying to sell you and still not fix the problem. the best service i have received ,the prices were good and affordable much cheaper than other computer repair shops i have been to. with children i need to have my computer fix every time some one spills something on it and i always take it to them. i recommend this shop to anyone looking for affordable, friendly and professional computer repairs

Very poor experience here.Charges $77.00 to diagnose an issue with your computer and then accepts no responsibility if that doesn't turn out to be the issue.Very poor customer service skills, understanding and communication.Would not recommend.

John, the owner of 'We Repair IT' came to our home this week and managed the impossible. We now have a viable internet set up in our home - amazing. We had spent a lot of money buying products to 'fix' our problem from a store that did nothing. John will always be our first call for any IT issues now.
