Another scam of a company.Stating they were from NRMA road service to myself and daughter at 2 different phone calls.Tried calling back for an explanation and the young female operator obviously experienced with complaints saying she would not acceptAny abusethen hung the phone up .This young girl has no idea for customer service or support as there was no abuse on my part .Thankyou s I recorded the conversation and expect an Apology not to mention ripping me off.Dominic Panetta

Absolutely fantastic service! My mother’s car broke down on the rooftop of the Canberra centre and we were helped by a staff member named Hamad. He was knowledgeable and very thorough when checking over the car. The issues meant we had to push the vehicle out of the centre. His service was exemplary, friendly and cost effective. I would recommend these guys to anyone and many thanks to Hamad you legend!

Committed to a specific time to come and tow a car. Later said that they weren’t available for hours and when I tried to cancel they charged $80 for a service they wouldn’t provide. Terrible customer service.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Called them thinking I was calling Budget Direct. The rude lady over the phone wasn’t clear enough telling me that they are not budget direct. I was telling her over and over again that I am a member of roadside assistance but she seemed to be desperate taking my card details. Later on I called them asking for explanation and the rude lady just hung up on me. How ridiculous service is that?I didn’t even get my invoice for the payment. I am definitely going to dispute this with the fair trade if my issue is not resolved.

I booked in with this company and was delighted with the service!The girl on the phone was extremely helpful And knowledgeable!She calmed my family and I down with reassuring they would help us to the best of there ability! He made a stressful situation feel suddenly under control and was determined to see the job through no matter what challenges were presented. A quality service at a very reasonable price. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced as someone who is passive and non confrontational. Lady on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me multiple times when I had a flat tyre and then pretended like she didn’t know who I was when she picked up again.

The service I received from this company is worth 10 stars, i have been trying to find a place/organisations even rang canberra connect in the ACT to have some diesel and petrol disposed of properly and got nothing noone could help me or point me in the right direction searched google and this company came up rang the number the girl who answered the phone is worth 10 starsThe gentlemen who did the collection 10 stars this company knows what customer service is all about, I will be recommending them to all my friends and work colleaguesI can't thank road help enough
