Australian Ultimate Suspension

The ride,Handling, the ability to carry the weight outstanding but to align the D max after the lift required new upper control arms and a diff drop which was required for a alignment I had have this work carried out elsewhere so this aspect of the Lift and subsequent request for assistance was unsatisfactory.It appears Ultimate suspension was unaware of the effects of a lift on 2013 Isuzu Dmax.

I did so much research to find a good suspension mob to do a GVM upgrade on a near new hilux and man was I disappointed. I paid top dollar for sub-par workmanship, and near non existent customer service. I ended up just laughing when I herd “I’ll get Ken to call you back”. Rest assured no phone call was ever returned. Paid my deposit and was told to wait a couple of weeks, and finally 5 months later I got the call to bring my car in. As soon as I got my car home. I noticed that brake fluid had been spilled all through under the bonnet. Not a little bit either. Made its way all over the chassis, steering and suspension components. A couple weeks later my shock absorber fell out, and the response from Ken was sorry mate we must have missed it. Cudos to him he sent me new bolts and washers to fix it, but all in all I wouldn’t go again.

I acquired a low mileage Toyota Sahara LC200 which rode like a luxury boat on the road. Hauling a 3t caravan and used to feeling the road I decided to invest in some upgrades and after research chose Ultimate Suspension. Lovells 4.200Kg GVM, DBA Complete Braking system Upgrade, Ultimate Diff Breathers Clearview Cat6 Rear View Towing mirrors, Water watch Diesel/ water separator filter, Western Fuel Filter, ProVent Catch Can and the DCS dual Li battery kit plus upgrading wiring thru out for the caravan inc brake controller. Dealt with Ken who is very efficient and Peter who handled the workshop tasks, both very knowledgeable. Extremely happy with the result, the brakes I procrastinated on but after a few trips was a great investment. The real test of a firm is when something goes wrong and on return of a 10km Qld trip the primary DSC battery failed and Ken swung into action whilst I was there with DCS and organized a warranty replacement, picked up the car today from Peter with the battery system back running perfectly. Great bunch of guys to work with. Based on my experience I recommend their work.

Absolutely brilliant suspension my Dmax was built as a Off road tourer I love the way it handles on and off road.

I went to to Ultimate Suspension about the beginning of September 2022 to get airbag Suspension for my 2015 Prado. I needed them for October long weekend and I was assured they would be in and fitted. I had to keep ringing and called in because I didn't feel confident if getting them.October long weekend came and went it is 7/3/23 and I'm still waiting waiting for Ultimate Suspension to ring me.

Obtained suspension upgrade advice and advice about 4WD accessories for outback travel. Ken and his team then did a supply and fit. The advice was expert and practical. Products supplied were top shelf and affordable. Service likewise faultless. Great business.

I had the suspension on my 2012 MN Triton upgraded about 8 years ago by Ken and his team at Ultimate Suspension. They customised my suspension to my towing requirements and I’ve never had a problem with their suspension. Their after sales service has been excellent, especially with a free annual inspection to make sure everything is working the way it should. They recently serviced my suspension and now it is as good as new. Highly recommend them, and their products.

Organised new lovelles suspension lift upgrade on my then brand new 200 series Landcruiser.Showed up from Canberra to Sydney and they had no idea I was even arriving.Wrong products installed and wasn't lovellles ... lovelles are blue in colour and these are grey and KDSS suspension was not balanced.when I asked what they actually installed they didn't know.Went to mechanic in Cnaberra and shocks were leaking from new.They did pay the new mechanic in canberra to repair.Sent new shocks down and they were leaking on arrival.Extremely disappointing experience from start to finishWould not recommended this company ever again.
