I had an appointment with Ms King this afternoon. After taking an afternoon off work and driving from the other side of Canberra, I arrived early, found and paid for parking, and discovered her office locked and unattended. I waited for 30 minutes, then gave up and returned home. Ms King may or may not be a competent audiologist - I'll take my business somewhere else. A hoary old maxim it may be, but true nonetheless - 'You never get a second chance to make a first impression'.

Helen has a very friendly and encouraging approach. She is also thorough and patient. I recommend her unreservedly to anyone with hearing difficulties.
