I have tried a few times over the years to have different services from watch repair to key cutting done here, and every single time it’s too much of a hassle. Get told “No we’re too busy” or “it’s too hard to do” every time.

Can not thank mister minute enough for their great help this morning after I went to another place outside Woolworths this morning to have my little pup name engraved on a cross after she passed away last week my cross was damaged by them and her name was not readable and their attitude was very dismissive I was distort and had to buy another cross and I took it to Mister Minute and the men there were amazing and engraved my new cross beautifully and he was kind when he saw the state I was in he never charged me I am so thankful for the great help and understanding I was shown .I would high recommend Mister Minute for all work you need. Tried to get a spare key cut here, I received the key it opened my car but did not start the car. I was charged $180 which isn’t so bad as the key needed a specific chip in it. I went back to get the key changed but since I didn’t have the original key with me this time they were not able to do anything. I then asked for a refund and was told I needed to wait an hour before they could refund me. I have never been anywhere where I needed to wait for a refund after I have received a faulty product.

Charges $ 25 to replace a watch battery. The battery itself costs $ 2.79 at Bunnings and it takes less than 2 minutes to replace it.I understand we all have to make a living but be reasonable people ....

My husband just wanted the casing replaced of his car key.The guy said $19.00 My husband came back , $89.00. My husband said what?" and the guy said "I put a new key and battery in it

We had Issues getting a remote for our electric gate. The first remotes received didn't work. Jason then went out of his way to ensure he provided a solution. Very professional. I got my replacement car key here - much better price than going to a car dealership! They were even able to transfer my old immobiliser chip inside the new key, I was very impressed. The gentleman at the counter was very kind and professional. He informed me you can also get a new battery here for your electronic car keys for a very decent price. I will be returning to Mr Minit now every time. Thank you for saving me money Mr Minit!
