I am so grateful for all the hard work Daniela has done! Not only has she provided excellent service all-round regarding managing my rental properties but she went above and beyond my expectations for what I could ask for in an agent who just sold my property! Daniela was extremely professional and committed, she gave me total confidence in her abilities, she has great knowledge of the market and area, openly shares her advice about advertising and open house arrangements and always kept me updated with the sale of my property. I am very satisfied with her service and the result. I would highly recommend Daniela to anyone looking for an exceptional property manager and/or real estate agent. We live in North Queensland and we appointed Daniela as our property manager for 4 Rawson Court Holmview a number of years ago now and it was the best move we made to change over to her as our property manager. She has always gone above and beyond what our expectations were with managing the property. We never had to worry about anything with the property she dealt with everything in a very professional manner. It is very hard to find someone that you can trust with managing your property but Daniela is that person if you are looking for a property manager, cannot recommend her highly enough. Her knowledge is exceptional in the real estate business and never accepted 2nd best in striving for the best outcome for us and our property. We went on to list our property with Daniela to sell just recently and in no time she had a number of offers and contract put in place that was above what we had in place. She was in constant contact with keeping us up to date on the progress of the sale, would recommend her to anyone who is looking at listing their home for sale or after a great property manager for their investment property.

Daniela is the best property manager I've ever had. She's always been easy to contact, she is responsive, and she's helpful. She isn't all about the landlord, she actually cares about the tenant as well. Only moving because my owner wants to move in, so I'll have a new property manager. I'll miss Daniela, that's for sure!

Daniela is a wonderful property manager!
