The place needs an update and maybe some money spent on upgrading the equipment. There were multiple times where there were pins missing, random falling pins or the game would not set at all and we needed to get staff to attend.Seemed like there wasn't enough staff or they were overwhelmed. It could have been a really nice time but just wasn't value for money given all of the short comings.

We had my daughter's birthday party here this afternoon. Massive Shout out to the young staff member David, who was very welcoming, extremely polite and well spoken and explained everything for our party when we arrived.Communication and confirmation for our booking was fast. The staff answered all of my questions when I called prior to making the booking online.Kids had a great time today. Thank you

Absolute worst service I have EVER encountered. Shame on the 4 staff members (3 hiding in the kitchen and one sorting shoes) - pretending not to see the multitude of people waiting at the counter for service.

The bowling was fine.Service needs a make over.I used the sanitizer at the desk and it was faulty causing a stream to shoot onto my pants. No one was at the desk to assist with a napkin and they stood there staring at me.Very disappointed as my pants are equivalent to their weekly wage.

Walked in the place it said $59 for a family and $9.95 for an extra game. So i asked the lady for the family game + 1 extra game only to be told its $89.00. I asked her what the go was and all she could says is “its $89.00” lol she must not have had her medicine today
