Best butcher in Melton by far. Friendly knowledgeable staff and premium meat. I won't go anywhere else.This remains true the guys and girls are so helpful and the meat never dissapoints

We used to love this butcher buying the grass feed rib eye and bbq packs but the quality of the last bbq pack at Christmas was lacking significantly lamb tasted terrible and everything else was nothing special after spending close to $100. We then got chicken and some other meat a few days ago before cooking the chicken we smelt it and low and behold it smells like bleach and nothing else. Instant red flag it’s like someone did this to hide the bad smell. Very disappointed we won’t be going back ever again. Also look at the state of the chicken thighs they are mangled once you open them up never had any look like this before.

I’ve been a customer of Aus Tendercuts for the last 6 years and have no intention of changing butchers. The quality of their meat products is at the highest of standards and their customer service matches that. Staff go out of their way to tend to customers and nothing is too big of a request for them. I have referred many family and friends to Aus Tendercuts who have now made this butcher their own.

Best butcher in town - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Top quality cuts of meat. I have great memories of cooking lamb roasts for my elderly father - he loved them. My favourite is the shoulder of lamb slow cooked in the oven on 160 Celcius for 5 hours - it never fails. Thank you to the lovely family at Aus Tendercuts who look after us.

Placed an order on the phone last Monday for 3kg of lamb and 3kg of chicken gyros to be picked up on Wednesday. When I got there on Wednesday, they had no idea about my order and kept asking me if I ordered under a different name.They looked but didn’t find my order. Luckily, they had what I needed in their fridge. We had 10 guests over on Saturday and this could have been a problem as you wouId assume that when you place an order, they would have your order.The gyros meat was ok but my wife and I agree that it is not as good as the one from Metaxas.I won’t be a returning customer.

Love this little gem!I grew up farming where we did our own meat and it has taken me years!! to find a butcher with the same quality product.We are a big family to feed and I find their prices are affordable and the customer service is amazing.If you haven't been in yet you are missing out!
