Staff are all friendly and helpful but can't provide the best service if they don't have the correct tools. Number 1 being the goods to sell, which I noticed many products just aren't there any more. This is very frustrating to have to go to other towns to buy basic groceries. The other issue I encountered was after finding someone to serve me at the checkout I then had to go back into the shop and queue again at a different counter to buy tobacco goods only to discover that they couldn't be added to my flybuys as that counter doesn't have a flybuys scanner. Not happy.

Apparently, the car park has a one-way lane, but there are no signs or markings to inform visitors like myself. I was verbally abused by another shopper for going the wrong way, even though there is no signage indicating it's a one-way lane!Coles, please make sure there are approperiate signs for this.

Store it's self was quite full, clean & inviting it's ashame the girl serving at the cigarette kiosk wasn't as inviting. If she doesn't want to be there as it seemed to be then DON'T. The look she gave my partner when she asked for another brand of smokes was disgusting. We were there about 2.30ish with no other person anywhere to be seen at the smoke counter or that register. We were treated as a nuisance and glared at, very poor customer service Coles Tenterfield. Just passing through lucky for us imagine having to see that every day.

Staff are very attentive, helpful and credible, add a most welcoming touch. I've lost my wallet last week near the car park and 'Lucky' found it & returned to me, big thank to him and good job Lucky....
