Many moons ago I worked in some of the finest dining rooms, internationally and here in Melbourne. I say that only to qualify my assertion that I know good food when I find it. Finally something incredibly fast, tasty, and well priced in this area. Delivered with a smile by an incredible family team in a small, local, neighbourhood shop. Support this business at all costs, they will elevate what anyone else in the area is doing. Bravo to you!

I really wanted to say thank you, for all the love and care that was in the food we had last night. On a night where my mum was not feeling well and we didn’t want to cook. The food that came to us was like a warm hug from a loved one. It was delicious, and the brisket soups bone broth had a beautiful depth of flavour that was so unique and special. Not often do you feel you connect with the makers and owners of an establishment through the food you eat when doing take away. But this blew us away and was beyond anything we thought we were going to get. You have found life long customers and we are so excited to try more of your delicious (secret) recipes! Thank you again from my heart to yours.

Probably the best take out we have had! The Beef lava dumpling soup was delicious and great value for $25, will feed two people. Fried rice and broccoli noodles also great!

We are new to this area and have been looking for good Asian food. Sally’s was delicious, fresh and exceptional quality. Their prawn and ginger dumplings were especially good, as was the fried rice. The service was lovely, especially the man at the front counter. The food was already ready very quickly. Thank you and we will be back very soon!

Wow! I don't usually give 5 star reviews to take-aways, but I think Sally's Secret Recipes earned every bit of it. Ordered take-away and was really impressed. The dumplings were excellent and the rest of the food was super tasty too, with innovative dishes you don't find everywhere. The good was ready exactly on time and hot and fresh, using quality ingredients. Clearly prepared with pride and love. Even though it is a take-away with just a little bit of seating, the place was bright and clean and really impressed. Was greater with a friendly and happy masked smile. What more could you ask for?

Have had the dumplings a few times and they are fairly good.However if there is a problem with your order they just don't care and are just downright rude. Today they have lost me as a customer and they don't deserve any others.I showed you my confirmed order, the order number, the order summary and my bank account proving payment and all you do is repeatedly shout no order" and point at your computer. I'm not sure what more I'm reasonably expected to do! Maybe the fault is with your online provider

Honestly, if you think when you go to dumpling places and say they have great dumplings....you're wrong, and I now know I was wrong. You can tell these are fresh, the spices sing, Sally's secret sauce transforms dumplings to another level. The ingredients, herbs and spices are unmistakably fresh and homemade. First time I've ordered, and I can't go back to normal dumplings again. Just ate and can't wait to go back and try more and more and more.
