Booked an end of lease clean with Inside out and they didn’t turn up (after cancelling once already). They didn’t inform me - it was the landlord who informed me later that day that the property wasn’t cleaned. Tahni then hung up on me when I called to discuss (didn’t wait to get past my name and address before hanging up) and refused to answer my calls after that. Do NOT use.
