I showed the receipt to the woman at the entry . She made sure she steps closer and sees the receipt closely as if I m a potential thief . And she said I didn t see the receipt .I didn t like it. We don t go there to steel we go there to shop . There should be a bit of manners and courtesy .

I had a horrible experience with one of the staff when I went with my daughter to buy clothes. There was a lady who speaks in a blunt voice that makes you feel like you have done something wrong and believes that everyone dumps their clothes in the fitting room and leaves her to pack it all up. She also closed the fitting room 3 hours before the store closing time. When we were leaving the store, we showed her our receipt and let her check our items, but she spoke to us as if we were trying to steal something. Even if she was frustrated or stressed, she should have at least apologised for her rude and judgmental behaviour.

I’ve been a local customer since the opening day. Today I had the worst experience ever that made me feel sick till now. I picked up my son from school and found him in tears as his pant was wet. I took him to the Kmart to buy a pair of pants to comfort him. He tried them and I took his wet one plus the tag to pay at the register. The fitting room lady ’s behavior was shocking. Oh yes everybody does the same and they don’t pay , I have to call and let them know and etc.I was a frustrated mum who just wanted a bit of assistance. She could kindly explain the rule and could guide me to the register herself, which was only few steps away from where she was, instead of embarrassing me in front of my child . However, I was the only customer at that time.I wanted to talk to the supervisor but the other staff on the door simply ignored me and said , we don’t have supervisor today.Seriously Kmart?!!

Haven’t been to Kmart for years. Popped it to buy some odd thing and was pleasantly surprised. Range of product is quite nice. I didn’t go to the clothe area, but kitchen, bathroom and home stuff is really worth to check. I used to buy some small things on eBay, but I learn that Kmart has better quality stuff and at better prices. Love some colour selections. Someone really has started paying attention to what is in demand. Well done Kmart!

The new way to click and collect.After the wait of 24 hours i get my shoes with this tag.Which looks like i steal that shoes.It was very embarrassing.
